Late last night, Anthropologie launched BHLDN their eagerly-awaited online bridal division and though it has been 36 years since I have been a bride, I am more than entranced with their collection. Those shoes, that gauze wrap? I don't need to be a bride to wear these lovelies. Go take a divine peek here.
Oooh, awww...need those shoes. 35 years ago a bride.
ReplyDeleteYou must have been one very young bride Sande......xv
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you that you don't have to be a bride to wear that cuteness! I love the sheer flower bolero jacket...I think I need that for spring. simply lovely! Thx for sharing... Caroline

Sande,
ReplyDeleteSo funny. I just opened the BHLDN email "unveiled" about 15 minutes ago. After lifting my jaw from the keyboard and feeling utterly carried away, I decided to see what my blog friends were up to...and apparently you and I have been taking in the same eye candy.
I may have to do a post over BHLDN myself; it's just way too beautiful not to.
And, merci, Janet~That's a major compliment! When I saw that feather wrap with the ribbon, I thought-yep, love it.
Mandy
Those shoes! I would base my entire wedding on those shoes!
ReplyDeleteOh, I am in love! I thought the line was out and headed straight over there to order one of those wraps. To die for!!! I can't wait until it comes out.

ReplyDeleteHow gorgeous are all these pieces? Those shoes I will be calling about to find where I can get them..thank you very much! They are a MUST HAVE. The short bolero pieces are so pretty and feminine and what I really love about all this great stuff is you won't just wear it on your wedding day but can in fact incorporate all these pieces into elegant every day/night dressing. FABULOUS in every way!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Vicki - a very young bride indeed!! Love that there are things in the beautiful collection that could be used for other occasions as well!

Every item is a feast for the eyes.
ReplyDeleteAnthropologie really is one of the world's most beautiful stores. So frustrating that they don't have any shops in Australia, because their shop windows are just as incredible as their merchandise. This just tops it all really ~ who needs to get married to have these lovely things?
ReplyDeleteThese items are so beautiful and classy. My you, I love the models too, they look so pretty - I wish I looked like that :) The shoes are lovely, if I ever get married I will come back to this post!

It's funny, I had just been thinking about doing a post on their new line, too! I am head-over-heels in love with it, and I envy brides who are getting married now! They have so many more beautiful choices. I especially love the shoes. It sort of makes me want to get married all over again. Hmmmmm . . . maybe Todd will agree to renewing our vows?!
ReplyDeleteLove to you. Thanks for your incredibly sweet comment about my blog anniversary. You are one of my most treasured blog friends. xoxo Gigi
This is one of the best collections I have seen in a while. It reminds me of Sophia Coppola's Marie Antoinette. I think the shoes have my name on them!
