Sweet reminders........

Wouldn't these be sweet as a petite gift? For someone who just needs a smile in their day, a delicate reminder that you are thinking of them. You know the reasons, maybe even Valentines. A pretty narrow ribbon tied in a bow is all that is needed. Drop it on their doorstep as a little surprise......

Written words can mean so much, remind someone they are in  your thoughts with a few words or enough to fill a page or two. Beautifully handwritten, always more meaningful. It is one of our special pleasures to send and receive. Not just this week, but any week of the year. Catching up on a few of my own today.

  3. These are simply adorable! I just love them - so sweet. Thank you for passing these along. And I see that the second image is from Pinterest - I must add (again) that your pinboards are the most impressive organized albums I've seen - like little works of art - truly!

  4. A lovely reminder. Yes, in this age of email, blogs, texts etc it is something quite special to receive a beautifully handwritten letter or even just little note. And I love writing them too ;-) Love from London xo

  7. Adorable post card sachets. These would be such sweet gifts with a special note to tuck into a drawer to continue rediscovering. I'm checking out this 'pinkerest'. I don't know anything about this. All I need is another reason to be perusing the Internet. Oh dear...

  10. When I was doing free-lance PR for a commercial real estate firm last year, I think that the CEO considered my proposal for agents to write thank you notes to customers the most ground-breaking, innovative idea I had. Who knew?

  11. Letters are so precious. I think there's a resurgence of letter writing with all the great stationery that's being produced right now. I've been writing more and love to seal them with a wax stamp for extra drama.

  15. Sande, these are so lovely! I believe I might have seen the first in Victoria magazine, but you have just reminded me. How special they would be as a gift. I think nothing is more special than a handwritten note... there is something to be said about the feeling that comes across, and knowing that somewhere, someone spent the time and wrote such things just for you. I have just started to refuse adding cards to gifts, and instead, am pulling out some stationary, and am writing more personal notes. I hope I can keep this up :)

Your blog has always been, and will always be one of my favorites—I always look forward to my visits. Hope you are having a lovely evening, and staying warm, of course!

    xoxo
